Cubicle™ takes your privacy seriously. This policy explains what personal data we collect via cubicle.works, why we collect it, and what your rights are. We comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, Regulation 2016/679).
Who is Responsible
Cubicle™, operated by Slate Simmonds, registered in Amsterdam, Netherlands (KvK: 42069708) is the data controller for all personal data collected via this website.

What We Collect and Why
Contact enquiries: When you contact us via the website form or by email, we collect your name, email address, and the content of your message. This data is used solely to respond to your enquiry and is never shared with third parties for marketing purposes. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Retention: 2 years from last contact, then permanently deleted.
Analytics: We use Umami, a privacy-first, cookieless tool. Umami collects no personal data, sets no cookies, and cannot identify individual visitors. It records only anonymised aggregate data: pages visited, referral source, and general device type. No consent is required for its use.
Legal basis: legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Cookies
Cubicle™ does not use tracking or advertising cookies. Umami operates without cookies. If you use our contact form, no cookies are set by that interaction. Should this change in future, this policy will be updated and a consent mechanism added.
Your Rights
Under GDPR you have the right to: access your personal data, correct inaccurate data, request erasure, restrict or object to processing, and data portability. To exercise any right, email slate@cubicle.works. We will respond within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch data protection authority: Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens at autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl.
Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only where strictly necessary to operate the site, and only with processors who maintain adequate data protection standards. All processors are bound by data processing agreements where required by law.
International Transfers
Umami is EU-based and does not transfer data outside the EU/EEA. If you contact us by email, your message is processed by Proton Mail, which may process data in accordance with its own policies.
Changes to this Policy
We may update this policy when our tools or practices change. The current version is always available at cubicle.works/privacy.
