Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to all services provided by Cubicle Works, operating under the name Cubicle™, a sole trader (eenmanszaak) registered in Amsterdam, Netherlands (KvK: 42069708). By engaging with Cubicle™, you agree to these terms. Any deviating terms of the client are explicitly excluded.

Applicability
These general terms apply to all offers, quotations, agreements, and services of Cubicle™ unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.
Offers and Quotes
All offers and quotes are without obligation and valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. An agreement is formed upon written confirmation by Cubicle™, or upon commencement of work, unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.
Fees and Payment
All fees are quoted exclusive of VAT (ex-BTW) unless stated otherwise. Invoices are payable within 14 days of the invoice date. In the event of late payment, statutory interest (wettelijke handelsrente) is due from the first day after the payment term expires. Cubicle™ reserves the right to suspend work until outstanding invoices are settled.
Delivery and Timeline
Timelines agreed are indicative unless explicitly confirmed as firm deadlines in writing. Delays caused by late delivery of materials, feedback, or approvals by the client do not constitute a breach by Cubicle™.
Intellectual Property
All creative work produced by Cubicle™ remains its intellectual property until full payment has been received. Upon receipt of full payment, the agreed usage rights transfer to the client as specified in the project agreement. Cubicle™ retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.
Revisions and Scope
The number of revision rounds included in a project is specified in the project proposal. Work requested beyond the agreed scope will be charged at the applicable day or hourly rate, as agreed upon.
Liability
Cubicle™'s liability for direct damages is limited to the invoice value of the relevant assignment. Cubicle™ is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of revenue or data. The client is responsible for ensuring all supplied materials do not infringe third-party rights.
Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Work completed up to the date of termination will be invoiced and is due for payment. Deposits paid are non-refundable unless Cubicle™ is in material breach.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be submitted exclusively to the competent court in Amsterdam, unless the parties agree to mediation.
